Dave Loper is an award-winning technology generalist and poly-tech with decades of implementation, design, and engineering experience.

From operating system design to end user experience, routers to programming. Dave’s influence in architecture and design is embedded in engineering projects from HPE, Dell, Google, MIT, and the United States Library of Congress.

Dave holds many certifications in IT and technology management. He currently manages university IT Infrastructure and High Performance Computing initiatives at one of the largest Universities in the Western United States.
